Happy Valley Group class slots:
Monday and Tuesday
6pm to 8pm
The scenic Happy Valley Racecourse, home to a lot of running group, but has two parks that has great facilities to progress your calisthenics skills.
Fanling Group class slots:
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
6pm to 8pm
in Fanling just a few minutes from Fanling Station Exit A near the Fanling Centre mall, the local park next to the B7 bus stop to the Heung Yuen Wai Port.

Each session is limited to only 5 participants, ensuring that you receive the attention and guidance you deserve. This small group format allows me, as your personal trainer, to closely monitor your progress and tailor your experience. Every participant will have their own personalized training log, so I can track your improvements and help you reach your goals more efficiently without pondering how many repetitions you did last session.
Training in a group doesn't just make fitness more affordable — at HK$200 per person — it also makes it more fun and effective. Group sessions bring energy, camaraderie, and accountability. You'll be surrounded by like-minded individuals who are all working towards their own goals, creating a positive and inspiring environment. It’s a great way to stay motivated, push your limits, learn new skills and also make some new friends along the way!
Compared to one-on-one personal training, group workouts offer an engaging dynamic that keeps you coming back. You’ll still receive focused attention due to our small group size, but with the added benefits of shared encouragement and healthy competition.
